What is GFPS? 

The Gender Focal Point System (GFPS) is a team established in compliance with the Philippine Commission on Women (PCW) guidelines. Its purpose is to mainstream gender perspectives across the University, ensuring that policies, programs, and activities are gender-responsive, inclusive, and supportive of women and marginalized groups.

The GFPS is composed of a Chairperson, Executive Committee, and Technical Working Group, with members coordinating initiatives, monitoring progress, and advocating for gender equality in all UP Mindanao offices and units.
