Conducting workshops, seminars, and orientations to equip UP Mindanao stakeholders with gender-responsive skills and knowledge.
GFPS Secretariat Support
Coordinating the UP Mindanao GAD Focal Point System (GFPS) Executive Committee and Technical Working Group meetings and activities.
Policy & Guidelines Development
Drafting internal policies and recommendations to institutionalize gender perspectives across University programs and projects.
Awareness & Advocacy Activities
Promoting GAD-related policies, laws, and tools to ensure a safe, inclusive, and gender-fair learning and working environment.
Partnerships & Collaboration
Coordinating with UP units, student organizations, LGUs, and other stakeholders to strengthen gender mainstreaming and program implementation.
